Cairns (stacked stones) are used as markers to guide hikers along pathways.  My contemporary art collages are inspired by my hiking travels across the country.  These modern wall art pieces are an artistic visual representation of guidance, boundaries and direction. A reminder to follow our path, stay balanced in our lives and to work together in unity for a greater cause.

I find my inspiration in the shapes and textures both in nature and modern society.  My hope is to arouse the viewer to contemplate the importance of a symbiotic relationship between nature and the modern world.
